Women’s Strength Classes

We offer a stepping stone approach to weightlifting for beginner to advanced level women. Classes are taught in our private studio with a maximum of six women per class. These classes are created for those of various age, strength level, and background to learn weightlifting while in a positive supportive environment.

These are not drop in classes. We offer memberships as well as 6-8 week intro courses. Please contact us for membership and course availability as well as current pricing.
